Job Grades
Job grades allow you to set and update the hourly rate for a group of employees from one place rather than doing so individually. An employee's job grade can also be displayed on their payslips and in the reports. Job grades can, therefore, be used to satisfy the wage and reporting requirements of bargaining councils.
